Do I have to sell my Timeshare?
There will always be a point that you will eventually let go of your timeshare and why? I don’t know exactly why but we all have different reasons and that’s for sure. Well, I’ve asked that same question before–do I have to sell my timeshare? You know what, I sold my beautiful resort and it was hard letting go of it but it pays out in the long run.
The economy right now has been a roller coaster ride for most of us. Many of us would throw up (excuse me for the term) because we aren’t relaxed; but some would still have fun. Pretty weird as an example but its true, that when we can’t take it anymore (I mean the drama or something) we let go. Same way, today when we are bombarded with so many fees and unnecessary expenses, we cut other irrelevant expenditures.
Our timeshare might be our home away from work; but in times like these, selling it is inevitable. We don’t want to pay double because of other fees and etc in the future, so why not sell it. Others also sold their timeshare, and it was not only because of additional payments nor they don’t need it anymore, but they want to minimize vacation weeks. My reason before was simply I don’t want to pay too much maintenance fees. That’s it!
